Ted Chan is the CEO and founder of CareDash, a rapidly-growing patient review website with nearly 2 million monthly users. His passion lies in making the healthcare experience more transparent and fair for patients all across America. Ted saw the disparities that existed with information about healthcare providers and created CareDash to make this information freely available. He noticed that many existing sites accepted financial compensation for removal of negative provider feedback, preventing consumers from receiving clear and unbiased information. Prior to creating CareDash, Ted founded Upward Mobility, a leader in mobile education delivery, providing educational materials to over 3 million users a year.

Ted studied at the prestigious Swarthmore College and MIT Sloan School of Management, and attended Harvard Business School's Executive Education program. He has extensive experience as a management consultant with Cartesian, advising C-level executives on strategy in the telecom, media and technology space. Additionally, Ted has held former positions as a professional instructor of Marketing Analytics at Boston University and as CEO and co-founder of Upward Mobility.
