Afreen Hasan is a skilled communications professional with diverse experience in marketing, events, public relations, and internal communications. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University, where she studied Political Science and Communication. Her career includes positions at tech companies like Twitter and Micron Technology/Lexar, as well as advisory firms like Deloitte. In addition to her background in communications, Afreen has served as a Government Relations Intern at CAIR-CA, an intern at Councilmember Pierluigi Oliverio, and a Library Page at Santa Clara City Library.

Throughout her career, Afreen has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive and empowering workplace communities. She has served as the Founder & Public Relations Director of Together for Ladies of Color and as a Northern California Regional Coordinator and Board Member at Muslim Student Association West (MSA West).

When she's not working, Afreen can be found traveling and building connections with new people. She is passionate about community service and has a broad range of interests, including politics, technology, and diversity and inclusion.
