Jake Gittleson is an accomplished learning professional specializing in learning design, onboarding, performance, and learning technology. He primarily focuses on creating better learning experiences and learners for his colleagues. Jake is also the co-host of The Learning Geeks Podcast, discussing the latest trends in the learning world. He has a well-rounded background with a Master of Science (M.S.) and Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Instructional Design and Technology from Western Illinois University.

Jake has worked with many reputable organizations, including McKinsey & Company, where he currently serves as a Senior Expert in Learning Design. Prior to this, he worked as the Global Learning Strategist - Talent Research & Innovation and the Global Learning Experience Designer and Architect at Accenture. He also worked as an Instructional Design Lead and Instructional Design Analyst at Accenture.
