She began her career as a sales associate at Lord & Taylor and progressed through various roles at notable brands such as Victoria’s Secret, Federated Department Stores, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
In 2006, she founded EDGE Retail Academy, a consulting firm focused on training and advising independent retailers across the United States. Lenhoff is recognized as an award-winning storyteller and buzz builder, helping clients enhance their visibility and brand narratives. She has also been featured in prominent publications like Entrepreneur, Inc., and Forbes, showcasing her expertise in the sector.
Currently, she serves as a Senior Public Relations and Marketing Consultant at MCCI, where she continues to guide clients in their marketing communications efforts.1
