Adrian Lindsey
Testing and Alternative Media Coordinator at Cal Poly Disability Resource Center
Adrian Lindsey, a graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in psychology, has built a diverse range of experiences working in various organizations. Lindsey has previously worked as an AmeriCorps member at Disability Resource Center, assisting the organization in providing support to people with disabilities. For several years, Lindsey was also a camp counselor at GIRLS ROCK SB, working with young girls in a music and empowerment program.
Lindsey also has experience working in education as an instructional assistant at Atascadero Unified School District, where Lindsey provided support in the classroom. Lindsey has also worked as a drug and alcohol worker at the County of San Luis Obispo, providing treatment and support for individuals struggling with addiction. Lindsey has served in other roles, including band coach and associate at Girls Rock Camp SB and Ross Stores, respectively.
Lindsey is currently an asymptomatic testing event staff member at United Staffing Associates, where Lindsey assists in the management of events aimed at testing for COVID-19. Lindsey's diverse range of experiences has provided Lindsey with valuable skills, including communication and organizational skills, vital for operating in different organizational settings.
