Adrian Hayes is a British record-breaking adventurer, author, keynote speaker, leadership and team consultant, coach, social commentator, campaigner, and documentary presenter.13 He is known for his remarkable achievements in extreme expeditions, including:

1. Completing the Three Poles Challenge (North Pole, South Pole, and Mount Everest) in the shortest period of time, setting a Guinness World Record.4
