Adrian Baker

Adrian Baker is a distinguished property investment and development professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years across the UK and Europe. With a prestigious title of Fellow of the RICS, his expertise is highly regarded in the industry.

Adrian's journey commenced in the property division of Nat West Bank, after which he dedicated a decade to CLS Holdings, a renowned European property investor, focusing on the UK office portfolio. In 1997, he played a pivotal role in the establishment of Citadel Holdings, an AIM listed French property investor.

His career further flourished with roles at entities like Topland Group, Prestbury Holdings, and Great Portland Estates, where he specialized in the acquisition and management of UK retail and office properties. Additionally, Adrian ventured into investing and developing residential land and property in Croatia before joining Raven Russia in 2005.

Joining Raven Russia, a key player in the Russian warehouse sector with a massive portfolio of around 2 million m2 of warehousing space and an annual income of nearly $200m, marked a significant period in Adrian's professional journey. He played a critical role in expanding the portfolio through strategic acquisitions and development initiatives.

Adrian's contributions to the real estate industry were duly recognized with prestigious accolades such as being named the Russian Property Personality of the year in 2009 and 2018 at the CRE Awards ceremony in Moscow. Notably, he held the position of Chairman of RICS for Russia and the CIS from 2012 to 2017, showcasing his leadership and influence in the sector.

His educational background includes a Post Grad Diploma in Real Estate Development from the University of East London, complementing his practical industry experience. Adrian's professional journey has been marked by significant achievements, leadership roles, and a strong presence in the international real estate market, making him a highly respected figure in the field.
