• Developed & presented an effective PSI (purchase/sale/inventory) tracker to prepare realistic forecasts & monitor sellout showing the performance of each brand at SKU level.
• Expanded within each retailer to increase business share & became the 6th highest sellout partner of Jumbo while competing against the likes of Anker and Belkin.
• Presented ROI & received approval to deploy 15 sales promoters & achieved 120% sellout vs non-promoter locations.
• Presented ROI to launch a shop-in-shop concept at Emax MCC where customers could purchase & customize electronic products by printing, painting, engraving, even gold plating. • Launched sales campaigns to ensure healthy stock level and profitable sellout by strategically tailored promotions & investing on advertisements in retailer booklets & tabloids during events like Gitex.

SHIFT Electronics

Authorized importers, distributors and Franchise of an American multinational brand SLIME, subsidiary of ITW (International Tool Works) – a fortune 500 company. Slime is 
a tire sealant which is installed in the tire to prevent punctures for up to 2 years. 

As a Sales & Marketing Manager of the company: 

•	Launched SLIME tire sealant in Pakistan by successfully conducting conferences with Director General Motorway Police, Senior Superintend Police of Islamabad Traffic Police & Islamabad Police. 
•	Collaborated with government authorities to conduct road safety awareness campaigns by focusing on the advantages of the product and how it enhanced human safety. Participated in exhibitions at Convention Center, Lake View Park, Marghalla Hills University Park (all location in the Capital, Islamabad)
•	Lead and trained a team of 25 members to execute roadshows in Islamabad.
•	Promoted and marketed the product with support of the Islamabad Traffic Police using the official radio channel of Islamabad Traffic Police.
