Aditya Nair is a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales and performance management. He kickstarted his career at IMS Trivandrum, leading the CAT training and sales verticals. Aditya then ventured into the non-profit sector at Startup Village, collaborating with the State Government on groundbreaking entrepreneurship policies in Kerala. Transitioning Startup Village into an Ed Tech venture, he later joined Wandertrails to spearhead the establishment of branded experiential stays in India. At OYO rooms, Aditya played a pivotal role in amplifying revenue and supply growth in South India, evolving as the key figurehead for OYO's leisure cities and introducing the premium Palette Resorts offering. His tenure at Wheelseye further honed his expertise, launching diverse products catering to fleet management. Currently, Aditya leads international business development at WhiteHat Jr.
