Adelina Chalmers

Adelina Chalmers is a businesswoman on the spectrum who helps technical and non-technical departments communicate effectively. Her expertise lies in working with CEOs, CTOs, VP engineering, and other science and technology executives to improve engineering performance and leadership skills. Adelina offers 1-2-1 practical counsel, consultancy, group sessions, and even an in-house 'Geek Whisperer' function, helping clients enhance retention of technical talent, get resources for engineering and science teams, and improve overall profitability.

Adelina's educational background includes studies in International Studies at The Open University, Master of Arts in English and Law at London Chartered Institute Of Linguists, and Drawing and Architecture at Matei Basarab College. Adelina founded The Geek Whisperer, in which she advises CTOs, VPs, Directors of R&D, and more. She worked as a contractor at IfM Engage, teaching pitching internal projects to corporate executives. Adelina's experience has included working with companies such as Arm, Fujitsu, Microsoft, Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Astra Zeneca, Imagination, Deloitte, Cambridge University, Cranfield University, and many more.
