Adebayo Adewale

Adebayo Adewale is a dedicated Part 5 student of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ibadan, with a strong passion for local and indigenous breeds of animals.

A student leader with a wealth of experience in various roles, Adebayo has honed skills in self-management, critical thinking, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.

Having interned at several farms and veterinary clinics, Adebayo is an animal enthusiast who particularly enjoys genetic studies and breeding.

His academic background includes an Ordinary National Diploma in animal health and production from the Federal College of Animal Health and Production Technology Moor Plantation, where he graduated with Upper Credit, and he is currently pursuing a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Ibadan.

Adebayo has held leadership positions such as Hall Mayor at Sultan Bello Hall, University of Ibadan, and has gained valuable experience as a Soft Skill Trainee at Jobberman Nigeria.

His internship experience spans across organizations like Ogun State Ministry of Agriculture, Veterinary Clinic in Ijebu Ode, Veterinary Medicine Laboratory at the University of Ibadan, and University of Ibadan Teaching and Research Farm.

Additionally, Adebayo has served as the Secretary of State at Sultan Bello Hall, University of Ibadan, and worked as a Farm Attendant at Bufket Farm in Iwo, Osun State.

His goal is to promote the unique hardy and tolerant traits of local breeds in the field of Veterinary Medicine, contributing to their recognition and importance in the industry.
