Adam Roozen

Adam Roozen is a seasoned entrepreneur and e-commerce expert with over two decades of experience in the industry. His career began in 1996 when he developed e-commerce solutions professionally. Roozen built Echidna from the ground up, turning it into an 8-figure business with an impressive 4.7/5.0 rating on Glassdoor. He also served as the Head of E-Commerce Marketing and Site Operations for Sam's Club, where he helped drive year-on-year revenue growth and lead large-scale transformational IT and business process projects. Roozen has worked with global clients to launch, improve, and grow their e-commerce practices, leveraging his expertise in business strategy, product strategy, operational efficiency, digital marketing, program and product management, technical design and architecture, team building, culture building, mentorship, and launching and operating scalable organizations.
