Envisioned and oversaw development of proprietary software that aggregates house listings from various websites to a single database, creating a new market solution. Industry research found that local real estate agencies estimate 20-25% of their salesforce engage in illegitimate deals. Foresaw an online technology that could track agent listing trends to mitigate unlawful behaviors.
