Adam Moen

Adam Moen is a healthcare consulting professional, strategist, and provider-side management specialist with a passion for starting non-traditional clinical interventions, service lines, and businesses in high-need populations. He is the founder of Real EmPowerment Solutions, a healthcare consultation organization focused on improving patient health and experience. Adam specializes in translating strategy and vision into operation with his broad skill set, encompassing web and mobile technology development and implementation. He has also served as Executive Director of Real EmPowerment Collaborative, a 501(c)(3) organization, and as Director of Systems and Analytics at Livio Health Group.

Adam has studied International Business, Leadership, and Economics at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and Finance and Accounting at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. He has experience working with Mental Health Awareness Day Planning Committee, National Alliance on Mental Illness of Minnesota, and served as Youth Group Mentor. Adam has founded several organizations, including Marbles Analytics and Live Inspyred, a mental health support platform called weebow, and served as Practice Makes Perfect, a co-founder. He has also acquired skills in product management, Quality Control Analytics, and valuation services through internships at OptumHealth and KPMG LLP. In his free time, Adam has been a 9th/10th Grade Boys Lacrosse Coach at Mahtomedi Lacrosse Association.
