Adam Liberman

Adam Liberman, an experienced intellectual property advisor, has spent over 40 years advising a diverse range of organizations, from startups to multinational corporations. Liberman has advised on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, structured finance, research and development agreements, and more. He has held several positions of note, including General Counsel and General Manager Intellectual Property at CSIRO, a member of the NSW Innovation Council, and Acting Chair of the Commonwealth Government's Advisory Council on Intellectual Property. Liberman has also developed and teaches several postgraduate courses at the University of New South Wales Law Faculty. He has written extensively on the commercial and strategic use of IP as well, having co-authored several reference works, such as "Intellectual Property in Australia" and "The Management of Intellectual Property in Australian Organizations." Currently working as Director of IP Advantage Services at Deloitte, Liberman is positioned to offer valuable advice to individuals and companies seeking to determine the strategic value of their IP assets.
