Professional Background

• Early Career: Cindy began her career in 1996 as a Senior Financial Analyst at Dyson Kissner Moran, a private equity firm. She then moved to Ziff Davis, Inc. in 1999, where she served as the Director of Corporate Development, contributing to the company's reorganization for Softbank.

• Leadership Roles: From 2010 to 2019, she was the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at TheStreet, focusing on M&A activities and audience development. She also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Strategic Financial Solutions NY from 2012 to 2019.

• Current Position: Cindy joined The Cru in July 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and became CFO in September 2021. In her role, she has been instrumental in setting company strategy and priorities, managing operations, and significantly increasing the applicant waitlist and paid subscribers during challenging times, such as the global pandemic.

Education

Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which she attended from 1989 to 1993.12
