ING Labs brings disruptive ideas to market by combining our knowledge and network with the knowledge and skills of others.

We explore, experiment and validate in a structured innovation process that includes governance and funding for our ventures and the partners we work with. These can be start-ups, scale-ups, researchers, entrepreneurs, or other corporates. 

ING Labs seek to create minimal viable products. Once ready to scale into minimum viable companies, initiatives are either integrated in our business or can pitch for funding from ING Ventures or other potential investors.

• Program Strategy - Define the vision, roadmap, and priorities of the Accelerator program.
• Scouting & Recruitment - Recruit teams from across ING. Scout and match startups that are aligned with business challenges, also manage the recruitment activities to onboard teams into the program.
• Program Operations - Stakeholder management, event management, prepare training schedule, supplier management, and communications for the program.
• Team Coaching - Coach innovation teams and startups on various aspects throughout the program.

Accelerator Lead - ING Innovation Studio

• Strategic Innovation - Contribute to the strategic direction of ING Direct. Influencing and contributing to the development of new products and services.
• Digital Strategy - Work with the Head of Digital to define and communicate the vision of Digital Channels. Building product and capability roadmaps.
• Digital Innovation - Using Human Centred Design (HCD) to explore strategic business challenges, surfacing key innovation opportunities and develop prototypes that demonstrate clear customer and business value.
• Innovation Delivery - Work closely with the Head of Digital and the Digital Delivery team to ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions to customers.
• Initiatives - New mobile app, new client banking site, Orange Assistant, new consumer credit proposition, mobile payments and PFM
