Graduate Research Assistant

Primary investigator for reports of protected class discrimination, at an organization with 22,000 students and staff members.  Provided annual training for all employees.
•	Maintained knowledge of institution, state, and federal civil rights policies, including EEO and Title IX. 

•	Prepared, organized, and executed investigation strategy and timelines.  Conducted interviews with victims, alleged, and witnesses. Developed and presented written report of findings from 500-5000 pages of information, including: witness interviews, police interviews, forensic evidence, and investigation strategy.

•	Conducted gap analysis of projects and communicated with internal and external stakeholders ensuring successful implementation and closure.

Area Coordinator

Coordinator of Academic Initiatives and Diversity

•	Contributed to industry-leading textbook, How College Affects Students, Volume 3. Conducted literature review of 500 peer-reviewed articles and summarized information into sections within the text.

Volunteer Graduate Research Assistant

Industry title: Operations Manager
•	Led operations of a 400-bed residence hall. 24/7 front desk serving 400 students and providing continuous customer support. Monitored facility upkeep, working with facility manager to conduct risk assessments, and prioritize repairs. Maintaining a programming and team-development budget of $10,000.
•	Process development proposal and implementation of a unified conduct system for the entire university of 17,000 students, which created efficiencies and organization within the conduct system. Led in system implementation by creating training manuals, presentations, and training conduct officers.
•	Provided supervision and leadership to a team of 25 staff members; regularly met with each team member individually provide recognition, constructive feedback, and develop goals.
•	Emergency management of mental health crises, medical crises, and facility crises, including: fires, floods, suicidal behavior, and acute alcohol poisoning. Primary decision maker for an explosion within an occupied building of students.
•	Marketing process change proposal and implementation which saved 2,100 hours of labor annually.

Resident Director

Assisted with the day-to-day management of a Residence Hall in coordination with the Resident Director.  Recruited, led, and advised a student leadership group. Maintained responsibilities of the Resident Advisor position.  Served in a campus-wide on-call rotation.

•	Developed a new marketing strategy for over 5,000 customers to provide programmatic updates.

Assistant Resident Director

•	Proposed, executed, and presented research projects related to developmental biology, specifically related to proteins which contribute to neurotube development. 
•	Identified area of opportunity saving the laboratory approximately 8-months of combined work.

Undergraduate Research Assistant

Led a floor of 54 residents, providing overall supervision and opportunities for engagement.  Improved the overall education experience by providing a safe environment for students to learn and grow.

Resident Advisor

Served as a member of a highly trained unit responsible for managing complex, team-oriented tasks.
•	Led a team of 54 soldiers for 4 months, 24/7, in stressful conditions.
•	Conducted regular supply audits and regularly requisitioned missing materials.

Worked in the Emergency Department of Tri-City Medical Center as a Scribe for Physicians.  Completed medical documentation of patient history, physical examination, tests, procedure, diagnosis, and additional notes. Assisted in patient care and support. Responded to a variety of crisis situations and worked with a diverse team.
