We'll keep up with you.During my time at Spendesk I helped the company explore and validate their expansion strategy to the US market which involved three phases:1. Deep competitive analysis of the US market to identify most viable entry point and strongest opportunity in terms of product positioning. This resulted in a set of hypotheses which required further validation via customer discovery.2. A Customer Discovery phase which consisted of conducting 60+ discovery sessions with Finance and Operations leaders ranging from Seed to Series C companies with 50 - 1000+ employees. The goal of which was to validate how Spendesk fits into existing US Market spend management practices and to develop an initial go-to-market plan. 3. Roadmap building for beta launch, go-to-market validation, and resource planning consisting of a 12 month beta and office set up in San Francisco. In a world where everything is automated, Bonjoro is designed to automate all of your processes, but never your relationships. __________________I joined the team in 2017 to help drive customer acquisition and success, and had the unique opportunity to test and implement different strategies to drive growth. One of the most impactful aspects of this on a personal level, was understanding how a Product Led Growth model could impact a SaaS business that is heavily self service and inbound lead driven. Along this journey I had the opportunity to be a guest on several podcasts and co-host webinars around topics like Customer Success and Product Led Growth, a couple of which are highlighted below.

I joined the Procurify team in 2014 where I watched the company more than double in size from 20 employees to 40+. Joining at an early stage gave me the unique opportunity to wear many hats and add value in everything from sales and marketing, to hiring, and product strategy.The majority of my time at Procurify was spent handling sales cycles from product demo to close. Selling to C-level executives and VP's across multiple industries gave me the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with the Customer Success team during on-boarding and implementations helped further strengthen those relationships.But most importantly I was able to be a member of a group of sales professionals who grew into a well oiled and successful team where we consistently pushed the limits. In addition to sales, I helped hire new team members, identify new target markets, pilot outbound sales strategies, and worked closely with the marketing team to optimize existing campaigns. All in all during my time at Procurify our team proudly increased company revenue by 10x.

Beginning as a short video platform for professionals, Instapitch enabled users to create compelling 30 second videos to stand out from their professional network. We later pivoted the model to create a tool for recruiters to create short video campaigns for their job postings, allowing job seekers to answer questions via video to accompany their job applications.Instapitch led to the creation of Soko, a two-sided marketplace for tech and startup talent. Job seekers received offers from tech companies and growing startups by launching short video campaigns on the Soko marketplace.- $30,000 NRC-IRAP grant for Technical Innovation (September 2013)- Accepted into Spring Activator acceleration program (December 2013)- Wavefront Venture Acceleration Program member (May 2014)

Previously branded under the DHL Express umbrella and recently purchased by TransForce, Loomis Express has formed a 10 year strategic alliance with DHL Express, creating a strong competitive advantage in the Domestic and International markets respectively. As an Account Executive, I managed a $3.5M Small to Medium Business portfolio and executed sales for new business in a given geographical territory in the Lower Mainland of Vancouver.
