Acma Mauro Romaldini is an internationally experienced finance professional with an entrepreneurial approach and expertise in fintech and IT. With a reputation for delivering results, he has successfully driven efficiency, growth, performance improvement, and transformational change across diverse sectors.

Romaldini is an exceptional communicator, capable of influencing at the highest level, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to achieve their objectives. He has extensive experience in mentoring and consulting for startups and SMEs, supporting their financial management, business development, go-to-market strategies, and connecting them with potential investors.

Romaldini was part of the founding team of Startup Europe India Network, where he built and managed the operations and business development departments, controlled financials and risk, and analyzed the potential of startup companies from Europe and India. Additionally, he played a pivotal role as the de-facto Director in the leadership of PKB's Emerging Markets business, managing a client base with over US$200m AUM, advised on investment options, new products, and lending, and worked closely with senior banking teams.

Romaldini also drove the comprehensive analysis of all operating processes and control systems for Queluz Gestao De Ativos, delivering the first effective cost control system, facilitating accurate determination of profitability, and enabling the business to focus on the most profitable market segments. He modernized the trading system, reduced the error rate of settlements by over 90%, and worked on M&A projects worth up to US$200m. Moreover, he supported the issuance of over US$150m in debt bonds for over ten SMEs.

With a diverse educational background, Romaldini holds degrees in Business Administration, International Relations and Affairs, and a Part-Time Masters on Management. He has also completed an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, from HEC School of Management.

Currently, Romaldini serves as a Senior Finance Business Partner at DXC Technology. He has previously held positions as Advisor at Growth Pathway, part-time CFO at TruMyle, and Financial Consultant at Queluz Gestao de Ativos Ltda and found VP of Operations at Startup Europe India Network.
