Abigail Cole

Abigail Cole is a dedicated individual with a background in Geophysics and Geology. She holds a BSc in Geophysics with Geology from Durham University and is currently undergoing training as a science teacher through the School Direct route, aiming for a PGCE and QTS with the University of Bristol and the North Somerset Teaching Alliance.

Abigail has pursued further education by studying PGCE in Science Teacher Education specializing in Physics at the University of Bristol. Her academic journey also includes studies at The King's School Worcester.

Throughout her career, Abigail has gained valuable experience through various roles. She previously worked as a Summer Intern and Technical Assistant at Ikon Science, showcasing her expertise in the field. Her engagement as an Event Manager at TED Conferences highlights her organizational skills and ability to manage high-profile events. Additionally, her role as an Environmental Officer at St Aidan's College at Durham University underscores her commitment to environmental issues.

Abigail Cole's leadership qualities are evident from her experience as the Managing Director at Young Enterprise UK where she honed her managerial and entrepreneurial skills. She has a passion for education and aims to bring her diverse skills and knowledge to the field of teaching.
