Nick Baughan

Nick Baughan is a prominent figure in the digital marketing and technology industry, currently serving as the Head of Global Agencies at Meta (formerly Facebook).34 He has been with Meta since 2019, where he initially led the company's commercial relationships with the investment and creative industries in London.1

Prior to joining Meta, Baughan had an extensive career at WPP plc, spanning 13 years across various media investment brands.12 His most notable role at WPP was as CEO of Essence agency for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.1
