Abhijit Paul is a seasoned legal professional with over 12 years of experience in the fields of commercial and civil disputes, negotiation, arbitration, mediation, drafting agreements, IP matters, media laws, indirect taxation, labor disputes, and real estate. With a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Calcutta and a Corporate Laws Certification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, he has worked in various industries such as media, FMCG, and real estate. Abhijit has held senior positions such as AGM at Vedant Fashions Private Limited - Manyavar, Senior Manager – Legal & Secretarial at Godrej Properties Limited, and Deputy Chief Manager – Corporate Legal & Secretarial at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group). In his previous roles, Abhijit has worked on diverse issues such as NCLT & CLB Matters, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Land Laws, Municipal Matters, RERA implementation, and mergers & amalgamation.
