Chuck Liu

Chuck Liu is a prominent User Research leader with over 10 years of experience in the field. He boasts extensive experience creating innovative products and building inclusive, psychologically-safe, and high-performing teams from product-market-fit to pre-IPO. Chuck founded the User Research department at Chime, where he currently serves as Head of the organization overseeing 30+ Researchers and ResearchOps leaders and ICs. He is also a former Lead User Researcher at Helix and Romotive, and has served as Director of Product and Lead User Researcher at Kissmetrics. Chuck is passionate about research-driven business strategy and understands the importance of collaborative, strategic user research in problem-solving. With a B.A. in Environmental Economics and Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, he's also held positions as a content designer, program manager, and customer success manager. Chuck's expertise and leadership have made him a force to be reckoned with in the User Research field.
