Abderrahim Ouakkas

Abderrahim Ouakkas is an experienced professional with 24 years of expertise in managing large-scale projects, operational management, and consulting in Morocco and Europe in both the public and private sectors.

His diverse skill set includes driving transformation projects, conducting strategic and operational studies across various sectors, leading digitalization efforts, overseeing systems information, reengineering processes, managing quality management system certifications, and conducting organizational audits and diagnostics.

He has a proven track record in portfolio project management, consulting missions, support functions, and service professions.

Abderrahim has a broad intersectoral experience spanning industries such as transport, aviation, telecommunications, energy, automotive, and administration, in both private and public sectors.

He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, as well as a DEA in Production Organization and Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, he has a background in Mathematics and Physics from Lycée Mohamed V Casablanca.

Throughout his career, Abderrahim has held several key roles including Director General at Advantum, Director SNTL Services, Director of Performance and Information Systems at SNTL (Société Nationale des Transports et de la Logistique), and positions at Groupe Royal Air Maroc, Royal Air Maroc, Accenture, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting.
