Abdalrahim Abayazid is a Techno-Commercial professional with over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry, specializing in Customers Operation, Technology Security, Managed Services, ICT, and new business innovation.

He has worked for du, where he spent three years in customer service assurance for both consumer and enterprise sectors, handling back-office tasks as well as level 1 and level 2 network engineering responsibilities, resolving and troubleshooting voice, video, and data network faults.

Abdalrahim also has two years of experience in the security domain, with one year dedicated to an Abuse response team focusing on validating and resolving security incidents and improper network activities from du customers. In addition, he has one year of experience in security solution implementation as part of the Security Operation Center (SOC), working on service delivery platforms and project management.
