Abby Roy boasts over 14 years of business and technology leadership experience, specializing in Information Technology Practices. With a strong client orientation, she has led and managed large global delivery model based software development projects, set up two Strategic Business Units, and stabilized, managed, and grown the Global Solution Center for a software product company. She also co-founded an Indian Outsourcing Management company that focused on sourcing management consulting, service level, and process performance management solutions with clients in the USA. Abby has a degree in LL.B from Calcutta University Law Department and has studied ISC from St. Paul's Mission School. She also holds a diploma from ZAP, Kolkata. Abby has held various positions, including Director at Brick and Click Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Director at Karma Computer Solutions Pvt. Ltd., and Managing Director at Prime Data Solution Pvt. Ltd. She is currently the Director - Marketing, India, for the Karma Leadership Team, responsible for the Global Solution and Service Delivery Center, the growth engine of the company.
