Abby's career has been marked by significant roles in various organizations, including her current position as Senior Director of Consulting Services at Arabella Advisors.

Prior to this role, Abby held the title of Director and Associate Director of Consulting Services at Arabella Advisors, showcasing her continuous growth and progression within the organization.

Her experience extends beyond Arabella Advisors, with notable positions such as Policy Analyst at the Center for Law and Social Policy and Mayoral Fellow at the Office of Mayor Richard M Daley.

Abby has also contributed her expertise as a Legislative Aide at the Office of Representative Jay R Kaufman, Grantwriter at Year Up, and Program Manager at Organization for a New Equality.
