Throughout his career, Aaron has demonstrated his capacity for strategic thinking, detail-oriented organization, and quick execution in dynamic environments. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC Methodology) and has continued to pursue professional development through coaching, conferences, and training seminars.

With over a decade of professional experience, Aaron has developed a strong business and technology background and delivered excellence in governance and GDPR. He has a proven track record of success in project/program management, service management, and building global high-performance teams. Aaron's leadership and management skills have enabled him to work well with staff and clients on all levels, maintaining strong relationships across various industries.

Currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management, Strategy, and Operations at RealPage, Inc., Aaron is responsible for leading his team in developing and executing strategies for RealPage's products and operations. His previous roles within the company as Senior Director, Product Management, Strategy, and Operations, and Senior Director, IT Strategy and Operations, reflect his versatility and adaptability in working across various areas in the organization.
