Evan Davies

Evan Davies is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RealPage, Inc., a position he has held since June 2022.2 He is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in SaaS companies and enterprise software product development.12

Prior to joining RealPage, Davies served as Chief Technology Officer and Head of Product at Solera, Inc. from July 2020 to January 2022, where he led the product and technology transformation for a $2.5B+ organization.2 He also held leadership positions at ACTIVE Network, including President and CTO, where he was responsible for running a $300M division and overseeing various aspects of the company's operations.2

Davies has a strong background in technology leadership, having previously worked as Senior Vice President and Chief Architect at Monster Worldwide, and held various positions with Hewlett-Packard, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Digital Equipment.2

His educational background includes an M.S. in the Management of Technology from MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Math and Computer Science from Clarkson University.12

At RealPage, Davies is responsible for overseeing product development, QA, security, and professional services.3 His role involves creating best-in-class products to serve the diverse needs of RealPage's customers in the real estate sector.4
