Aaron Pina

Aaron Pina is a highly experienced culture broker with more than two decades of expertise in advancing human rights and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) in business, technology, and education. He has advised high-level negotiators and principals across the globe on multiplying their impact in implementing human rights operations and policies. Aaron has been successful in infusing private and public policies with clear, practical approaches that provide partners with a competitive advantage and edge in recruitment and retention. He is the founder of Anthropolicy Culture Brokers and has worked as Veteran Resource Coordinator at Portland Community College, Service Learning Project Designer and Leader at Lakeside School, and Global History & Social Science Educator at Lakeside School. Aaron's educational background includes a Master's degree from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology from Portland State University.
