Aaron Juchau is an accomplished mechanical engineer with eight years of experience in renewable energy, criminal justice reform, and business development. He has a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from UC Berkeley and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University. Currently, he is pursuing the LEAP Masters in Engineering program at Boston University to expand his knowledge in the aerospace and engineering fields.

Aaron has served in various organizations, including being a Mechanical Engineer at Boston University's Rocket Propulsion Group (BURPG), an Operations and Program Manager at Impact Justice, and a Project Manager and Administrative Coordinator at Impact Justice. He has also served as an Assistant to the President at National Council on Crime and Delinquency and a Policy and Communications Intern at the Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice.
