Aaron Bass is an experienced educator who has made significant contributions to the education industry. He holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Delaware, a Master's in Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University, and spent time studying at Franklin & Marshall College. Aaron serves as the CEO of EastSide Charter School, where he uses his years of experience to lead the school towards achieving academic excellence. Prior to this, he was the Chief of Staff at KIPP Philadelphia Schools, where he oversaw the daily operations of the charter school. Additionally, Aaron once served as the CEO and Principal of KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy, where he helped transform the school into a top-performing charter institution. He also held several roles at KIPP DuBois, including Dean and teacher. Before Aaron began his tenure in charter schools, he was a teacher at Atlanta Public Schools and Teach for America.
