Theresa Doggett

Theresa Doggett is a highly experienced professional in the education sector, currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Operations at Belmont Charter Network. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Organizational Communication from Alma College, Doggett has held several significant roles throughout her career. Formerly, she was the Senior Manager of Facilities at Camden City School District, Director of Operations at KIPP DuBois Collegiate Academy, and Director of Talent at KIPP Philadelphia Schools. Additionally, Doggett used to be a teacher at Morton McMichael Elementary School and a Teach For America 5th and 6th grade teacher.
