Michelle Tillman is a Career Counselor and Employer Relations Manager with a passion for helping students find their purpose and meaning in life through the work that they do. With over a decade of experience in the field, Tillman has developed a unique and effective approach to guiding students through the process of self-discovery and exploration to develop their vocational self-concept.

Tillman's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Spanish, as well as a Master of Arts in Counseling, with a focus on Career Counseling, both from the University of San Diego.

Tillman's professional experience is extensive and includes roles in both public and private sectors, including as Employer Relations Manager & Career Consultant at the Rady Career Management Center at the University of California San Diego, Adjunct Career Counselor at the Career Center at San Diego Miramar College, and as Associate Director, Industry Engagement, Career Center at the University of California San Diego. Tillman has also worked as a Vocational and Career Contract Counselor at Advancing Careers, Vocational and Career Contract Counselor at Sygnetics Inc., and Director of Outreach and Recruitment, School of Leadership and Education Sciences at the University of San Diego.

Tillman is a former Career Counselor at Tillman Consulting and has volunteered with the Jewish Family Service of San Diego. Her expertise in vocational counseling, career services, outreach, recruitment, and employment services, along with her commitment to helping students achieve success, make her a valuable asset to any organization.
