With expertise in video production, training, talent development, eLearning and social media marketing, Steve combines learning and training needs with appropriate technology to improve business performance. He has worked with companies like Keurig Dr Pepper, State Farm, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Ernst & Young, and many more, providing them with creative solutions to complex requirements, leading multiple projects while providing best practices and successful solutions.

As a former Cryptologic Technical Operator at the United States Navy, he has extensive knowledge in Cryptologic Technician Certification.
