Meet Anand Bhashyam, a highly skilled product management leader with over 12 years of experience in various industries such as ed-tech, kid-tech, e-commerce, and marketplaces. Anand's expertise lies in product planning and strategy, turning early-stage ideas into operating strategies, and a customer-obsessed approach towards building seamless products. With a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Y Combinator alumni, Anand is a developer and designer with a balanced mix of skills such as business strategy, project management, creativity, technology, and empathy that have played a significant role in shipping successful software products through data-driven decisions.

Anand has had extensive experience working in key positions across multiple organizations. He co-founded Boutline, worked as a product manager at Flintobox.com, and also served as a UX designer at Swiggy before being the Director of Products and User Experience at MonkeyBox FoodTech Private Limited. At upGrad, he functioned as a Subject Matter Expert for Product Management and was formerly the Principal Product Manager and Head of UX at NestAway Technologies Pvt Ltd.

Anand also founded Skillza Learning which was accepted into Y Combinator's W22 batch.
