Peter McKay is the CEO of Snyk, a company that offers cloud-native security and compliance solutions. Before joining Snyk, McKay held executive positions at several other high-tech companies, including Veeam Software, Watchfire, Desktone, Inc., and VMware. He also served on the board of directors for various organizations, such as N-of-One Therapeutics, Converge Venture Partners, and Blaze.io.

McKay studied at Bishop Feehan High School and Northeastern University, where he earned a degree in accounting and finance. He believes in leading by example, constantly pushing oneself to learn and grow, and taking risks beyond one's comfort level. McKay values employees who are hungry, humble, and smart.
