Cristina Cordova is a Partner at First Round Capital who has established herself as a prominent figure in the tech startup community. Prior to this, she worked at Notion as Head of Platform & Partnerships and led the Growth team. Cordova also spent seven years at Stripe, where she joined as the 28th employee and managed a product and engineering organization to build several new financial products. She is an accomplished investor, having made over 50 angel investments in startups, primarily in SaaS, Developer Tools & Financial Technology.

Cordova holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with Honors in Ethics in Society from Stanford University. She also studied at Ribet Academy.

Cordova has held several leadership positions in her illustrious career, such as Business Lead, Head of Corporate Card & Treasury, Manager, Financial Partnerships, Lead, Diversity & Inclusion, Manager, Partner Engineering, Head of Payments & Platform Partnerships at Stripe, and VP Business Development at Pulse (acquired by LinkedIn).
