His career started at Entrata, where he quickly progressed through various leadership roles, including Development, Services, and Product Management, contributing significantly to the company's success.
Transitioning to the healthcare sector, Josh became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Ensign Group, gaining valuable experience in post-acute care and forming the basis for his passion for using technology to solve healthcare challenges.
Josh's journey led him to co-found Cortex with Riley, where they focus on enhancing patient experience, employee retention, hospital readmissions, and census growth for post-acute operators through data-driven insights and solutions.
Apart from his professional endeavors, Josh is a family man and an active member of his community, engaging in activities like tennis, snowboarding, and mountain biking in his leisure time.
