Lyndel Moore

Lyndel Moore is the Lead Cancer Nurse at the Thames Valley Cancer Alliance (TVCA), where she provides leadership in cancer nursing across various work programs. With extensive experience in senior operational management and oncology, she has previously served as an Oncology Nurse Consultant, focusing on chemotherapy and acute oncology services. Her research interests include women's experiences with patient-initiated follow-up in breast cancer.1

In her role, Lyndel is the Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) for cancer workforce and patient involvement initiatives, ensuring that all TVCA work programs are co-designed with patient input at the core of quality improvement efforts. She collaborates with Trust lead cancer nurses, Clinical Advisory Groups (CAGs), and Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to implement the NHS Long Term Plan. Additionally, she is involved in operational delivery networks for children and young adults, psychological care services, and treatment and care programs.12
