Dr. Chez Cristiano is a dual US and Italian (EU) Citizen with extensive experience in managing global teams and delivering international projects at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
He has a diverse background, having worked across various industries worldwide, which enables him to offer a wide range of knowledge and perspectives to his clients.
Passionate about people and organizational development, Dr. Cristiano views Organizational Development as a blend of science and creativity, leveraging his understanding of human and organizational psychology to drive success.
His expertise lies in project management, organizational development, change management, talent development, leadership, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement, among others.
With a strong educational background including a Psy.D. and M.A. in Psychology from Argosy University, along with a Bachelor's Degree from San Francisco State University, Dr. Cristiano is well-equipped to drive organizational excellence.
He currently serves as the Global VP of Organizational Development & HR for EMEA & The Americas at People Strategy Partners, LLC, and has previously held the role of Business Analyst II at Charles Schwab in the IT & Operations - Brokerage Division.
