Key role in PMO for customer remediation initiative of a major UK financial institution; developed and managed 6-month plan, analysed process improvement opportunities (including RPA) and created redress provision requirements

Developed a cost reduction strategy for mid-cap UK Wealth Manager including the closure of multiple branches, resulting in significant operating savings. Responsible for synergy model, workshops and managing conflicting interests 

Supported the creation of a new remuneration model for front office staff of a mid-cap UK Wealth Manager; quantified value in shift from revenue to profitability model and managed the communication process with stakeholders including senior management and HR

Led 6-member team to define the management strategy for a high-profile specialist complaints function with significant reputational and regulatory implications for a Global Bank. Designed the operating model, organisational structure, supporting systems (Microsoft CRM) and customer processes

Led 5-member team to understand value of internalising an outsourced KYC (due diligence) process. Undertook assessment of the outsourced process via visits to Newcastle, proposed simplification initiatives supported by business cases

Delivered project for Technology Director to understand the impact of new technologies and platforms on archive management for a major UK broadcaster. Focused on benefits of emerging storage capabilities including cloud and modernised data centres
