Swapan Rajdev, Co-Founder, and CTO at Haptik is passionate about creating complex applications with a simple design. He is known for his constant effort to improve himself, his code, and his knowledge of the tech industry. Swapan is an alumnus of the FAIPS school and holds a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Illinois.

Swapan's career in technology began when he worked as a Sales and Marketing intern at IBM - Kuwait City, followed by a Summer Analyst role at Accenture. He worked as a Consultant at Accenture for over a year before moving on to become a Software Engineer at Radius Intelligence, Inc. Swapan founded Zing! Apps before starting Haptik, the world's largest chatbot platform.

At Haptik, Swapan is known for his efforts to lead the company in the paradigm shift from apps to bots. The company has built chatbots for various use cases such as commerce, customer service, utility, and lead generation. Haptik boasts of clients such as Coca-Cola, HDFC Life, and Samsung among others. Times Internet led a Series B round of investment in Haptik, making it one of the most well-funded independent chatbot companies in the world.
