Liqin Lu

Liqin Lu is a serial entrepreneur with a keen interest in sustainability and climate change. She has held senior management positions at start-ups in the food/agriculture and education/lifestyle sectors.

Currently, Liqin is the co-founder and CFO of YouKuai Group, leading the Zrou Movement focused on providing delicious plant-based food to Chinese and global consumers.

Prior to her entrepreneurial pursuits, Liqin spent a decade in investment banking in New York and Hong Kong, gaining experience in ECM, IBD, and corporate finance advisory roles within Wealth Management. She was actively involved in various transactions including convertible bond issuance, IPOs, equity follow-ons, and direct PE co-investment.

Liqin is known for her problem-solving skills, self-motivation, quick learning abilities, teamwork, strong work ethics, and integrity. She actively supports initiatives aimed at reducing GHG emissions, particularly within the protein diversification industry.

Her educational background includes a Diploma in International Etiquette & Protocol from Institut Villa Pierrefeu and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Middlebury College.
