Darren Holland is a seasoned entrepreneur with an over 25-year career in the retail property industry. He is the current Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director, and Board member of Aventus Capital Limited (ASX: AVN), where he oversees several crucial aspects of its operation, such as managing key retailer and investor relationships and providing strategies for the growth of the company.

As an inspiring, passionate, and driven individual, Holland co-founded Aventus Group in 2004, along with Brett Blundy, a renowned retail billionaire. Since then, the group has grown into a force to reckon with in the industry, with 20 centers worth $1.9 billion in total value. The company has doubled its team and asset value since listing on the ASX in October 2015.
