Melissa Chang

Melissa Chang is a collaborative and dedicated individual whose career has been dedicated to driving significant change through collaborative efforts. Melissa pursued her education at the University of Guelph, where she completed a B.A. Honours degree, and Seneca College, where she obtained a Post Graduate Certificate. Melissa's professional journey has seen her in key roles at various renowned organizations. She has served as the Sr. Program Director for Integrated Care at UHN Connected Care and previously held the position of Director for Integrated Care in the same organization. Melissa also contributed her expertise as the Strategy and Change Lead for the Regional and Provincial Portfolio at the University Health Network.
