Erin Potts is an experienced and innovative social change strategist, producer, and organizer who has been a leader in the emerging field of cultural and narrative strategies for over twenty-five years. She co-founded the Milarepa Fund and the Tibetan Freedom Concerts with the Beastie Boys in the 1990s and went on to found Revolutions Per Minute (RPM), a nonprofit that has provided support and strategy around activism and philanthropy to over 1,300 musicians. Erin also founded be+cause strategies and is currently the co-founder and lead consultant at Jumpslide Strategies. She has developed revenue strategies that have earned tens of millions of dollars for social justice. Erin studied Asian Studies & Anthropology with a concentration on Tibet and China at Connecticut College and Activism in the Marketplace at Duke University.
