Michael Demarais, a Salem State University alumnus, is an accomplished engineer, consultant, and co-founder. With extensive experience in web development, social media, and software engineering, he has held several positions at renowned companies such as Balance.io, Zipdrug, and ActBlue Technical Services. Michael's expertise spans across frontend development, engineering consultation, and CEO duties.

Before co-founding Rainbow, Michael served as an engineering consultant and senior software engineer at Balance.io where he developed an understanding of agile methodology, test-driven development, and RESTful API principles. He also worked at Zipdrug where he honed his skills as a software engineering consultant and developed applications for the healthcare industry.

As well as being a seasoned engineer, Michael was once the CEO and co-founder of Handprint, where he developed digital products and led the company's sales, marketing, and business development activities. In his free time, Michael owned a computer repair business, Hank Computer Repair, where he gained practical experience in hardware repairs and software installations.
