Having pursued a Master's degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Ithaca College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College, Dana has a solid academic foundation that complements her professional skills.

Her career includes significant roles at CTG - Computer Task Group, where she has served as a Recruiting Manager in sectors like Healthcare, Diversified Industrials, and Digital Transformation, an Associate Client Partner, and a Senior Recruiter.

Prior to her tenure at CTG, Dana held recruitment positions at First Niagara Bank, CannonDesign, and International Medical Placement, Ltd., showcasing her versatility and adaptability across different industries.

Furthermore, she contributed her expertise as an Assistant Coach for Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving at the University at Buffalo and as a Women's Swimming Assistant Coach at Ithaca College.
